The solid dunlop Latex core provides a breathable and responsive mattress with all the benefits provided by premium 100% Natural Latex foam. Giving the sleeper a thick core mattress of Latex as its comfort layer allowing you to sink slowly into the bed until the Latex naturally supports you.
This mattress is naturally hypo-allergenic and allergen free. It uses a 70kg density 100% Natural Latex . Making it a medium tension.

The dunlop Latex topper is 5cm. Comprising 3cm of 100% Natural 70kg density Latex with 1cm of Graphite Latex for FR regulations on either side. The topper can be removed, turned and rotated.
The dunlop Latex core is 18cm. Comprising 16cm of 100% Natural 70kg density Latex with 1cm of Graphite Latex for FR regulations on either side. The core is fully turnable on both sides.
This mattress is ideal for weights 8-14 stone for those who want a medium feel mattress, weights above this will experience a medium/soft feel.

I happened across John Ryan by Design during an internet search for a latex mattress and was so glad I did. There is so much information and feedback on their products, my only criticism is that there is possibly a little too much for someone like me, who can get a bit bewildered.
I talked on the phone with Gary who gave me all the advice I needed to decide on the purchase of a Fusion 3 100% natural latex mattress and topper. I was informed that orders are placed every Wednesday (so maybe not ideal for those in a hurry) and I should expect delivery in 2-3 weeks. I think it was 2 weeks when it arrived and it arrived bagged and boxed as expected.
Most of the back pain, which I had been experiencing with my old mattress, had disappeared after a few nights and my sleep was much less interrupted. The back pain which I still have is more as a result of my work, I believe, which is basically a driving job and the ergonomics of my driving position not being the best.
We did have a couple of problems with the topper, one being the zip and the other more to do with my expectations than anything else. I liaised with Lee and Gary on these matters and, true to their promise on their website, they do everything in their power to ensure that the customer is happy with the products they sell. Needless to say my issues were fully addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction.
Finally I would urge anyone looking for a new mattress or topper to check out their website, not just because of the competitive prices but for the advice and service they provide. I wish the customer service at many other retailers was up to their high standard.

Buying a new mattress is very difficult. It is so important to get it right because the quality of your life depends on the quality of your sleep. Almost every seller sells the
“best” mattress and promises the buyer a wonderful night’s rest for many years and one has to take their word for it because you have to believe their boasts – or cut into your new mattress to check up on them!
