The aim of this site is to provide you with the best built mattresses available that can be retailed for an acceptable and fair price based on your budget.

We are constantly looking to improve and develop all our products and we reserve the right to alter specification without notice – this will always be an upgrade and/or improvement but we will endeavour to be as accurate as we possibly can on our product listings.

No products under the John Ryan Contemporary label are sold anywhere else except through this site.

Guarantees and Warranties are non-transferable.

Payments:

All payments are made in UK Sterling currency.

Refunds Policy:

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price made provided you notify us you wish to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, the goods must be returned in an unused condition in original packaging.  This is your statutory rights through distance selling regulations.

However John Ryan Contemporary offers you a 30 day love it or return it guarantee.  This is in addition to your statutory rights.  If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, please notify us and we will arrange collection and a full refund.

By ordering from or using this site you must acknowledge that we are not a big company but a small team of utterly enthusiastic mattress nerds who aim to provide you with the best product your money can buy.  Any mistake or error we make will be an honest mistake or error which we will do our utmost to rectify.
